Certification License
FitnessTest Certified™ License
For products scoring 60+ points

Products achieving 60 points or higher receive FitnessTest Certified™ status and are eligible for certification licensing. This annual fee grants usage rights for the FitnessTest Certified™ mark and maintains active listing in the Public Evaluation Registry.

Important: Products scoring below 60 points do not receive certification and are not charged the license fee. Evaluation results remain documented in the registry for transparency purposes. License fee is invoiced annually upon certification issuance.
